The previous asphalt driveway started sinking about 5 years ago. The homeowner was getting ready to put their home on the market and their selling agent strongly recommended they have the driveway replaced before selling the house.
The homeowners did a search on Google for asphalt paving contractors and found our site. They liked what they saw and gave us a call for an estimate.

We went to their property the next day as we were already in the area. We decided that the entire original driveway needed to be excavated and replaced. We gave them a quote and they decided to have us do it.  We scheduled to start the job the next Tuesday morning. Our crew arrived early and got to work immediately. We ripped out the original asphalt driveway and had to fix the sub base by over-excavating by 6 inches. We then replaced it with aggregate and leveled it. Then we were able to repave the driveway.

The house had amazing curb appeal once the project was finished. The home had multiple offers the first day it hit the market, so the homeowner was thrilled with the work. They reached out to us and thanked us for our professionalism and quick and efficient job.
